If you completed the first step, you have End Goals and Means Goals databases filled.

Now think of what are the things you want to get done. Create your projects. This can be anything from renovating your home to a work-related project like launching a new product.

Now sit down and start writing your tasks. Add it to categories and/or projects (you can add both category and projects).

You can create recurring tasks too. Write in the “Interval” property in days when the task should be repeated. When it’s done, don’t archive it just change the due date (you have the “Next Due Date” property)

• Active Resources are things that need actions, like books that need to be read or courses that need to be taken.
• Static Resources & Notebooks are where you store information that you need revisit later.
